Peggy Baker Dance Projects returns with a progressive curriculum for its August 2016 Intensive. Led by master teachers, this workshop is designed for professional dancers and pre-professional dance students enrolled in full-time dance training programs.
This intensive is designed to move each dancer forward in their physical and creative practice. Participants have several registration options.
Option 1 – choose between two distinct streams: Repertory or Body & Breath. For dancers in the Repertory stream, the intensive closes with a public showcase on Saturday, August 13.
Option 2 – devise your own training schedule, comprised of whole course and/or single classes registration;
Option 3 – single class or drop-in.

For Dance Enthusiasts
Our Body & Breath Stream is a great opportunity for dance enthusiasts! If you do not have a professional dance background but have movement experience, such as yoga, recreational dance class, and/or fitness, we encourage you to sign-up. The Body & Breath Stream is a five day intensive that focuses on body awareness, rhythm, and restoration. The following courses are open to dance enthusiasts:

You may also devise your own training schedule, comprised of single courses or drop-in classes listed above.
All registration forms will be assessed and responded to via email. Completion of the form does not guarantee a spot in the intensive. The August Intensive is not open to dancers who have not yet completed high school and registrants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
